The VI Belarusian-German Energy Forum took place on October 8 in Minsk. Experts discussed the issues of  energy digital transformation, network infrastructure, sustainable urban energy supply and ecology, the creation and development of "smart cities", energy efficiency, the development of renewable energy. Peter Dellmar, German Ambassador to Belarus, noted that two countries could also engage in fruitful dialogue regarding the achievement of the objectives of the Paris Climate Agreement. "It is necessary to make additional efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions," he said. The event was organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Rebublic of Belarus and the German Energy Agency (DENA).
