Project description: 

- Production and warehouse building intended for production of solid resins and turpentine
- Turpentine filling platforms
- A storage of liquid components, an emergency drain tank, production engineering support structures
- A standalone gas process boiler-house with a steam generator and a thermal oil boiler
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
We came up with all the design solutions and developed the necessary project documentation using BIM technology.

Construction of retroreflective glass balls shop in Roslavl, Russian Federation

Type of services: Development of design and work stages. The Contract comprises author's  construction supervision.

Project description: The project comprises shop building for retroreflective glass balls manufacturing for road marking with  administration and on-site facilities. The building consists of two independent framed skeletons (L-shaped) with dimensions along the axes 21,5х42,0 m and  30,0х78,0 m.
Features, purpose and characteristics: 

•    Retroreflective glass balls production, applied for road marking visibility during night-time; 
•    Production capacity 14 800 tons a year;
•    Total area of factory building, including administrative block: S=3 900 sq.m. 

Construction of the enterprise for household waste sorting at the intersection of Proyektiruyemaya №1 street and Proyektiruyemaya №4 street in Minsk

Features, purpose and characteristics: 
•    Annual designed capacity is 110 000 tones of household waste; 
•    Capacity of sortline is 30 tones/hour; 
•    Employment volume is 152 people; 
•    Plot area is 4,06 hectare; 
•    Building area is 11 740 m2; 
•    Size of a plant’s building in axes is 122,2х48m;
•    Production capacity is calculated for the immediate use after delivery. It means that the first part of waste unloaded from a car should be wholly processed till arriving the following car (approximately during 15 minutes); 
•    Receiving of preliminary RDF fuel is foreseen as the additional product of solid household waste processing on this object. 

Reconstruction of unfinished construction from special machine tools, equipment and special instruments plant to ink powder manufacturing factory in Izbino village, Vilejka district

Features, purpose and characteristics: 
•    Estimated capacity for ink manufacturing 8000 t/y. 
•    Produced inks are polyestered, polyester-epoxided and epoxided.
•  As for texture, produced inks are: smooth, shagreen, Antique, Mat, with a hammer pattern effect, Moire, Moire+metallic, Metallic, Alligator skin color, with a tree effect, Moire with a tree effect, powder lacker 
•    Number of personnel - 323;
•    Heat supply – with a use of gas boiler house with a total capacity 1130 kW;
•  Besides main utility networks, refrigeration supply for cooling processing equipment and compressed air are provided on the facility; 
•    Total  buildings square  S=10809 sq.m.

Production and Technical Center with Data Processing 
and Storage Equipment

•    The biggest Data Processing Centre in Belarus;
•    Safety level TIER III; 
•    The project was developed in accordance with the requirements ANSI/TIA-942-2, АNSI/EIA/TIA-568-B, ANSI/EIA/TIA-569-В, ANSI/EIA/TIA-570;
•    Capacity up to 800 server racks;
•    Electrical capacity 8 МW;
•    Data Center is implemented under the principle "building in a building" to exclude the impact of natural disasters;
Total area of the complex of buildings S=35000 sq.m.
